Carolyn Loton is Principal of the strategic marketing services business Juntos Marketing. She has a wide range of
practical marketing, sales and business development skills gained at some of Australia’s largest consumer goods
companies, including: Uncle Tobys, Nanna’s, Herbert Adams and 4N’20 Pies, Edgell, Leggo’s, Birdseye and Country
Cup. Carolyn is a regular lecturer at the Sydney University Centre for Continuing Education.
Since founding Juntos Marketing in 2006, Carolyn has worked with such clients as Dairy Australia, Lush, The Cancer
Council NSW, AECOM, 5ive Senses /Promotional Sampling, Accountancy Insurance and Nestle Australia. Her focus is
to help clients develop strong and practical marketing plans which add long term business value. With Juntos
